A former Assistant Professor at Mohanlal Sukhadia University, Udaipur, he speaks widely on AI, digital transformation, leadership, and creativity, and won the Next100 Future CIO of India 2026 award.

In 2026, Sandeep was named winner of the Next100 Future CIO of India award, presented by ET Edge, the Times Group, and CIO&Leader, recognizing his contributions to digital transformation leadership.
