Sandeep Jain portrait
Journey

Hello, I'm Sandeep.

I've spent the last 2 decades inside the engine room of enterprise technology — selling and shaping digital transformation, AI, and cybersecurity strategy for Fortune 500 companies across India, the UK, and Europe. I currently lead Digital Transformation & Partnerships at Adani Enterprises, where I define go-to-market strategy for AI/ML portfolios and work directly with CxOs on GenAI adoption and Zero Trust architecture.

That's the career. The craft is quieter: The Alchemist Triangle, a science-mystery thriller about three friends and a centuries-old secret; Manzile - Ek Khwahish, a Hindi poetry collection written with my co-author, exploring love, ambition, and effort; and The Whitefield Breach, a CBI Cyber Cell tech-thriller about how easily the most trusted person in the room can become the most dangerous; and The Ashvin Heirs Saga, a mythological epic reimagining of the Mahabharata now two books deep — The Ashvin Heirs and Twins of Dharma, each published in English and Hindi — all under my own imprint, Sandeep Jain Global Publications, alongside one forthcoming title.

I don't think of these as separate lives. Strategy work trains you to find structure in noise. Fiction and poetry ask the same question from the other direction — what's the story underneath the facts? Both, done honestly, are a form of paying attention.

Mission & Values

What Drives the Work

Three things that show up the same way in a boardroom and on a blank page.

Clarity

A transformation program and a chapter fail for the same reason: too much left implied. I'd rather say the true, specific thing plainly than the impressive thing vaguely — in a client deck or on the page.

Curiosity

Two decades in enterprise tech means constantly learning a new platform, a new domain, a new way a business actually makes money. That same restlessness is what sends me looking for the next story worth telling.

Discipline

Neither a certification nor a manuscript gets finished by inspiration alone. Both get finished by showing up on the days it isn't fun — early mornings, layovers, the last hour before the house goes quiet.

The Personal Side

A few things that don't show up on a résumé or a book jacket.

Running & Fitness

I started running for the most ordinary reason — a way to clear my head between back-to-back calls — and it turned into something I genuinely look forward to. There's a particular kind of quiet on a race morning, before the crowd starts moving, that I don't get anywhere else in the week. Marathons also scratch the same itch as a long writing project: nobody finishes either one on a good mood alone. You train in the weeks nobody's watching, you hit a wall somewhere past the halfway point, and you finish anyway because you told yourself you would. That's a lesson I keep relearning, on the road and on the page.

On the Road

The other place I find that same quiet is on a motorcycle. A long ride up to Ladakh strips things down to essentials — the road, the altitude, the next town on the map — in a way that's oddly restorative after a stretch of back-to-back meetings. It's the same reset button as a race morning, just with better scenery.
